Consisting of recorded channeling and question and answer sessions with the ascended masters St Germain, Sananda, St Michael, and Ashtar of George Van Tassel’s Ashtar Command, the book aims to help readers “transcend three dimensional reality”, discussing the causes of bodily ills, emotional healing, the ascension of human beings (and their pets) as well as instructions for a variety of meditation exercises. The text also references “star seeds” suggesting some readers may be ascended beings who willingly incarnated on earth at this time in history, for whom this will be a guide to “re-ascension”.
