A spiritual sequel to his highly popular and influential A Search In Secret India (1934), this work offers an account of the author’s travels through Egypt including visits to ruins with speculations on ancient mystery traditions as well as meetings with modern fakirs, snake charmers, hypnotists, and wonder workers, thoroughly illustrated with his own photographs and commissioned illustrations.
