A clairvoyant investigation of various chemicals and elements, the text presents the etheric counterparts for atomic structures underpinned by Theosophically influenced physics and illustrated with many diagrams. This edition was edited by and includes a new introduction from Curuppumullage Jinarajadasa, the fourth president of the Theosophical Society.

396 + [1]pp. 4to. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering to front and spine. Wear and bubbling to boards. Corners and edges bumped and rubbed with bruising. Spine ends bumped and worn with some minor cloth damage to front hinge. Text block toned and soiled with some wear lower edge. Pastedowns and endpapers foxed and toned. Moisture stain first free endpaper top corner. The Theosophical Press of Wheaton Illinois distributors sticker to title. Pages clean. Illustrated with 228 black and white illustrations and 1 full color plate. Good.
